Our Factory
Our factory traces its origins to a factory established in 1966, now occupying a 690,000-square-meter site with 330,000 square meters of built-up area. Our manufacturing complex integrates advanced production lines including heat treatment, forging, and rock drill machining systems. Key equipment includes the Aichelin joint quenching/tempering line, threaded joint processing line, and specialized oil drill pipe upsetting/thickening systems. We operate cutting-edge machinery such as the US-made MTI inertial friction welder and 168 six-roll tube straightener, enabling precision manufacturing of drilling components. Our vertically integrated facilities support full-process production from raw material processing to finished product assembly, ensuring quality control at every stage while maintaining the heritage of a 50+ year industrial base. This infrastructure allows us to deliver robust solutions for mining, petroleum, and construction applications with ISO-certified standards.
