Air Pick – Maintenance And Repair Precautions
1、Before using the air pick, oil the air pick for lubrication;
2、When using air picks, there should be no less than 3 spare picks, and each pick should not last longer than 2.5h.
3. Hold the pickaxe handle and press it tightly in the direction of chiseling so that the pickaxe braze is strongly against the braze sleeve;
4、Choose a suitable inner diameter air inlet pipe and ensure that the pipe is clean and the connection of the air pipe is firm and reliable;
5、When operating, do not insert the pick into the broken object to prevent the air blow; 6、When the pick is stuck into the broken object, do not shake the pick vigorously to avoid damage to the machine body;
7、During operation, choose the chisel bit reasonably. According to the hardness of the broken object, choose a different chisel bit. The harder the broken object, the shorter the pick and drill, and pay attention to check the heating of the shank to prevent the pick and drill from being stuck;
8、If the pickaxe has a hairy mouth, deal with it in time, do not use a hairy mouth pickaxe;
9、Forbid to beat empty.
Precautions For Using Air Pick
1、When the air pick is in use, it should be refueled at any time. When refueling, pour the oil into the hose pipe to prevent the wind draft from falling or the impact of the air pick from hurting people.
2、When the air duct joint and connecting tube are loose and fall off at any time, they should be twisted and tightened in time, and the high pressure straight through must be fastened with U-shaped clamps, and wire cannot be used instead of U-shaped clamps.
3、Keep the air pipe intact, do not make the air pipe curl, and strictly prevent the gangue and other things to break and cause air leakage.
4、Avoid the air pick fiber being stuck in the main rock, the air pick fiber must be inserted into the rock depth under the spring of the wind draft, and it is strictly prohibited to use the wind pick to pry the rock while playing.
