A: 1. Low Working Air Pressure
(1) Check if the air pipeline exceeds the rated load. If overloaded, reduce the number of machines operating simultaneously or other air-consuming operations. Ensure working air pressure remains above 0.4 MPa.
(2) Eliminate pipeline leaks and check if the air path diameter or valve switch specifications are too small.
(3) The air delivery hose should not exceed 25 meters in total length.
2. Excessive Thrust of the Air Leg
Turn the pressure regulating valve clockwise to reduce thrust.
3. Poor Lubrication
