The YGZ100 rail-mounted rotary rock drill is one of our independently developed rotary rock drill series products; this model mainly pairs with the FJY27 or FJY27A disc-type drilling rig, used for drilling fan-shaped blast holes in underground mining, including horizontal, upward, and downward angles. It can also be paired with open-pit rock drilling vehicles for small to medium-sized open-pit mines or stone projects in water conservancy, hydropower, and transportation. The YGZ100 rail-mounted independent rotary rock drill features a compact structure, low noise, high impact energy and torque, making it suitable for medium-depth hole drilling. Q: What precautions should be taken when using YGZ100 Drifter Drill?

A: For different rock types, the impact energy, drill bit speed, and axial thrust of the rock drill must be adjusted according to the dust removal situation to achieve better drilling results.

When encountering rock layers with numerous fissures and well-developed caves, the impact energy should be reduced, the rotation speed of the drill bit increased, and if necessary, the impact can be stopped entirely, relying solely on rotation to pass through the stuck drill section, thereby eliminating the stuck drill problem.

The operating pressure should not be less than 0.5 MPa, and it is recommended that the flushing water pressure be 0.5 MPa lower than the operating pressure.

Before operation, check the oil amount and replenish sufficient lubricating oil in time. The method to check the oil supply is: place your hand at the exhaust port of the machine, if there are uniform and fine oil droplets sticking to your hand in the exhaust, it indicates that the lubrication is normal and the oil amount is appropriate.

The drill string used should meet quality requirements.

When drilling, the drill rod and drill tail, as well as the connection ends of the drill rods, must be tightly joined to ensure the efficiency of energy transmission and the service life of the drill rods.
